Shahid-alia Starrer Shandaar Postponed

Queen director Vikas Bahl's upcoming film Shandaar stands postponed by a month-and-half. The film which was was supposed to hit the theatres on September 4 will now release on Dusshera.
Buzz is, Bahl felt that a long holiday weekend would be a better alternative.
It's a Thursday release instead of a typical Friday opening.
As of now, the only film releasing anywhere close to Shandaar is Aishwarya Rai starrer Jazbaa which opens on October 9. Three weeks later, Salman Khan starrer Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo is scheduled for November 11.
